Access to Patient Results
This page provides a gateway to all of the electronic
services available to GPs at Lewisham Healthcare NHS Trust. Here
you can link to the Trust’s clinical portal to view your patients’
results and records, make an instant referral using South East
London Electronic Booking and access clinician specific information
from the Trust.
Clinical Portal
The Clinical Portal is hosted on our Extranet and a username and
password are needed to access content. Here you can find your
patients’ test results and clinical records, along with key
clinical and administrative documentation and COPD passports.
